Experience across countries, careers, and life stages

Experience across countries, careers, and life stages

My coaching brings together Jungian reflection, grounded in depth psychology, with practical support for decisions, communication, work, and education.

I’ve spent more than 25 years in international higher education, admissions and coaching, helping people make consequential decisions about education, work, and the lives they want to build. I’ve worked with students and professionals across more than 50 countries—from people taking their first professional steps to senior leaders in consulting, finance, education, and public service.

My career has included leading international education and coaching organizations, developing training for government ministries, working with people in recovery, and helping people shape pathways into universities including Harvard and Stanford.

Across these settings, my work has involved helping people understand their experience, express what matters, and move forward with greater confidence and direction.

PERSONAL UNDERSTANDING

A personal understanding of transition

A personal understanding of transition

I understand transition personally, too. My own life has included international moves, professional reinvention, single motherhood, and rebuilding after a significant relationship ended.

I know that rebuilding involves more than making a new plan. It can mean rediscovering who you are, learning to trust yourself, and deciding what you want to carry forward.

I also respect the deeply personal—and sometimes sacred—work of recovery and exploring our families of origin: understanding what has shaped us and finding greater freedom in how we live now.

Telos grew partly from the support I wish I’d had: a place that could honor the depth of change while helping me recover my agency, develop practical tools, and begin building again.

That understanding informs the compassion I bring to coaching, with room for reflection, uncertainty, and practical steps at your own pace.

REFLECTION AND ACTION

How I work

How I work

How I work

My Jungian coaching is grounded in depth psychology. We explore the stories, patterns, values, and motivations that shape how you see yourself and the choices available to you.

We then connect that understanding to everyday life: evaluating options, making decisions, preparing for conversations, practicing skills, and taking action.

My role is to help you hear your own direction more clearly, recognize the value and capability you already carry, and develop the tools to move forward as the author of your own life.

Qualifications and continuing learning

I’m a certified Jungian coach and certified hypnotherapist, with an MA in Diplomatic Studies, a background in somatic work, and training in trauma-informed approaches.

My learning has included group trainings led by Gabor Maté and participation in official Compassionate Inquiry Circles.

My approach brings these perspectives together with the practical experience of supporting people through consequential choices and change.

A THOUGHTFUL FIRST STEP

We can begin with a conversation.

You don’t need to have the whole plan. Bring your questions, your uncertainty, or the possibility you’d like to explore.

A complimentary 25-minute Discovery Call is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss the service, and explore whether we’re a good fit. No obligation.
